Visionary & Founder
Jake has been in this business for over 20 years helping architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners achieve any project vision. He believes in building timeless legacies that bring people together and using stone resources to enrich lives and enhance communities. He is passionate about natural stone and positively impacting the lives of others. In his spare time, he has a garden that few can rival and enjoys taking his boys out on the boat and coaching youth sports.
Billi Jo Stevenson
Finance & Admin
Billi Jo has worked in the stone industry for 10+ years. Her vast background in accounting, purchasing, customer service, and order processing allows her to excel in her roles of finance, admin, and logistics. Billi demonstrates strengths that include tenacity to deliver, attention to detail, and efficient problem-solving. Billi is a golfer and enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family. She likes to host events at her home for friends and family.
Colin Kimball
Integrator & COO
Colin has worked for the company for over 10 years and has been working in the stone industry for about 2 decades. He is dedicated to meeting challenging goals, engaging with others, and helping people on our team experience success while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction and relationships. Colin is an avid family-man and enjoys spending time at his camper up north. You’ll see him on the courts or the fields coaching youth.
Tom Kraemer
Special Projects & Human Resources
Tom is a Project Management Professional (PMP) adept at driving strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. He is passionate about forming strong partnerships, constantly striving to encompass value for customers, and continually creating and making improvements on company processes. Tom is a musician and composer. He plays several instruments and has had a few albums too. He’s active in his local church and loves being a dad and husband.
Brandon Archer
Sales & Marketing
Brandon has 10+ years of professional experience in sales within multiple industries and is responsible for strategic growth and development in sales and marketing. He believes in forming a quality relationship with customers and understanding their true needs. Brandon is a remote control plane enthusiast and is master BBQ Pit Boss. He has a terrific family of 5.

27 Years of Natural Stone Experience.
“Always searching for a challenge with layout and design. Hand chiseling 200-600 pound stones on a brownstone turret has been the highlight of my career. This project stretched us and the craftsmanship was rewarding.” Steve has a huge family and is a passionate dad. He is an elder in his church and always is looking to help his greater community. He is no stranger to a four-wheeler or a pool on a hot day.

"Our team can do anything when our efforts are focused." With 28 years of experience in the Masonry industry, Nels brings time-tested expertise and attention to detail to every project. Nels strives to challenge and lead his team through strategic organization, efficient processes, and strong relationships. He can bring any vision to life and is always looking for a new way to push the envelope. He likes a good game of cribbage and spending time with his family.
Chris Meyer
26 Years of Natural Stone Experience.
“I’ve always been a hands-on guy. I like the small details, being meticulous in our work is important. Perfect is good enough.” Chris loves working on cars, trucks, and more specifically old-school wagons. He can pretty much fix anything. Lately he’s been enjoying watching one of his kids play baseball.
